"Not just any girl, didn't we go over this before? Trained in martial arts, also by a few constellations." She said getting into her own stance, it was a lilttle uncomfortable for her bad leg, but it kept her balanced without causing too much pain.
"Lupus' Protection." Di muttered rolling her eyes, a silver-grey shield surrounded her. Easily dispelling the attack just placed on her. "Your going to have to work harder than that.

Marshell ignored Kunemon. He was sure Di would stop befire actually hurting him. Otherwise Rinona would be all over her.\
Instead, he slowly circled around Rinona. He wasn't ready to attack her just yet. He didn't take her lightly about that martial arts training. She hadn't lied to him yet, and he doubted she was going to start now. He threw few test punches. Not intended to actually hit, but more to see how she's react, depending on the angel of the punches.
Kunemon growled. Or at least as loud as his small size would allow. He rolled up, and went straight for her.
Obviously, he wasn't going to get out of this the easy way Hs slippery little mind was already plotting how to get her to smack him away, and towards a tree. He'd sprint up it, and vanish up ino the branches and leaves.
Where some of his traps were still intact, even after two weeks.

Di laughed lightly at the small digimon, merely stepping out of his reach, "K, you've been raised to a level one, but that's what I rate most fresh modes at so it's nothing to be ultimately proud of, takes at least a three for you to actually get to a rookie level rating."
Rinona evaded the first few punches easily, catching the last the throwing his fist away from her, using her bad leg to test a kick on him.

Kunemon flipped around, trying to stab her a few times. One prick, and his poison would take care of her for him to go back to sleep. Still, this was getting annoying.
"Quickthread."
A single string of webbing shot out of his mouth, latching onto a branch high up a nearby tree. He used it to sling himself up the tree, and quickly scurried ito the branches.
"Catch me now Di."
Marshell evaded the kick, using his left arm to bat her leg to the side, being careful not to actually hit the scar. At the same time, he responded with a sweeping low kick, hoping to knock her off her feet before she coud recover from her kick.

Di sighed laughing, "Delphinus' guidance" She said laughing, this ability helped her find her opponent, "Cetus' fury" She added aiming a large spurge of water at Kunemon.
Rinona laughed lightly, managing a backhand spring, landing mostly on her good leg. It hurt but it was worth not falling on her ass and looking like an idiot.

Kunemon snagged another branch, and avoided the attack, though it took out the branch he had been on. If he couldn't get her to fly up into the trees, this wasnt going to work.
He started spraying silk haphazardly, leaving it tattered everywhere, seemingly useless. But, he made sure tha each section was at attached to the next by at least one thread.
"What's the matted Di. Afraid of playing in the leaves."
Marshell tried not to laugh as she save herself. It mght have been funny, but no sense encouraging her to start playing dirty.
He started circling her again, just starting to notice that Kunemon wasn't on the ground any more.
So long as he didn't do something stupid, like using his Electro Thread attack, Marshell wasn't too worried. What kind of idiot would use an electrical attack while surrounded by trees.

"I'm just not an idiot." Di said watching the digimon move, aiming at him again and attacking with the attack she previously used, wanting to digivolve into champion.
Rinona watched the boy move carefully, taking a quick jab to his stomach with the tips of her fingures.

Kunemon managed to dodge the attack again, but not the after effects. The attack hit another branch, and snaped it off, sending chuncks of wood flying. One hit him, and knocked him silly for a moment.
He came too half way to the ground, and barely had time to stop himself with another Quickthread.
It also left him dangling in mid-air.
Marshell felt in the mood to show off, so he went for something flashy.
As her finger jab came at him, he dropped back onto his hands, and flipped over, trying to grab her arm with his legs.
If it worked, he was going to pull her closer, and try to pin her arm behind her back. Careful of her back wound of course.

And work it did, well partially. She grumbled, not letting her arm get pinned bhind her back and kicking with her good leg, this put a lot of pressure on her bad one but she didn't mind. It wasn't all that painful because her leg was back on the ground quickly.
Di flew up a bit, snapping the thread with her teeth and attempting to wrap the digimon in it. Probobly not very intelligent to get that close but she had fast enough reflexes to pull up a shield before he could hit her.

Marshell let her go, rather than risk her grabbing his legs. He rolled backwards, then popped into a crouch, waiting for her to make the next move.
Kunemon smirked to himself as Di flew in to snap the thread. Just before the first loop could wrap around him, he flipped out of it, using it's natural elasticity.
As soon as was clear, he bit as hard as he could onto the thread, grinned up at Di.

Di pulled her paw back lightly, shaking it lightly. She was muttering something along the lines of ow. "That actually twinged a bit, why don't we bump this up to the next level?" She asked suggesting that they digivolve.
Rinona quickly recovered from her kick dropping down for a quick swiping kick, something just to get him on the ground.

"Lets go then," Di yelled in a challenging tone, digivolving to Diedradoramon. She quicky used Vulpexia's illusion, making at least seven exact replicas of herself and running towards the desert.
"No higher than that Di, you don't want to turn him back into an egg." She yelled after her digimon. As she kneeled down leaning over the boy and resting her good knee on his throat, but not putting any pressure on it. "Does this mean I win?"

Kunemon grumbled to himself, as he moved to find a space in the trees large enough for him to Evolve. Sometimes being a Giant, Armored Bug was a pain. He flew up above the trees, then headed off after Di.
At this point, it was a matter of pride. With Di off into the desert, he could sneak off and have a nap. But after such a rude awakening, he wanted to try and settle the score now.
Marshell grinned up at Rinona.
"Well, the view improved at least. Yah, I give. I could get you off, but I'd either hurt your leg, or your back doing it. Or both."

"If you were really an aponent, someone who would have tried to hurt me they would have used my leg against me but either way they would have still ended up in the position your in now, but I wouldn't give them a chance to move out of this position and into one where they could easily throw me off of them besides, if it were a real opponent i wouldn't be leaning on my bad leg, I would have let myself crush thier windpipe by now." She said slowly pulling herself up and holding out a had to help him up.
When she finally reached the clearing of the desert the wolf was standing, face towards the trees, her clones in a semicircle around her. The wolf smiled like a cat who's trapped a rat waiting for it to move so she can pounce.

Marshell accepted the help up, then dusted himself off.
"Oh, I don't doubt you could seriously hurt someone if you wanted to. And, I'm not afraid of what you'd do to me if I hurt your leg. I'm afraid of what Di would do to me if I hurt your leg."
He glaced off in the direction the two Digimon had gone, half afraid of what Di was about to do to Kuwagamon.
Kuwagamon grumbled to himself as he flew over the trees, and toward the open sand on the horizon. He was half tempted to turn back, and find somewhere to sneak in another nap. But, he was riled up now, and his ego was slightly inflated by his cheap shot on Di.
He spotted her just as he reached the sand. It wasn't until he lashed out with his Scissor Claw, that he noticed the other copies, and knew he was screwed.

Di laughed and the illusion got hit and disappeared in explosion of water, nothing that would harm the other digimon but just enough to get him wet. "Oh I was hoping she was fire. There are, or were, six of them. That was the water, the easy one. Theres one for Fire from Draco, one from water from Delphinus, one from Air from Aquila, one from Earth from Vulpexia, Light from Phoenix and darkness from Orion. Each one will explode with it's element." The wolf, over the years, learned how to throw her voice quite well. But she didn't have to all of the copies were speaking at once.
"Di has had a lot of experience, she trained even harder once I hurt my leg. Not very many digimon will be able to beat her unless hey can find her weak spot. I'd tell you but you could use it against me if you ever turned on me. A lot of the people I know have so I can't take the risk."

Okay. Now, he was mad. Whatever sick and twisted Digital God is was that made Kuwagamon's in the first place negleced to give them long range attacks. He'd have to actually hit eveyone one of the clones with a close rane attack. He supposed it was a good thing he was so heavily armored. He was going to need that small edge.
Hissing in frustration, he turned to the next clone to his right, and slashed at it with Scissor Claw again. He'd save his Guillotine for when he finally figured out which was Di.
Marshell was silent for a moment, as he stared off in the direction the two Digimon had flown off. Finally, he looked back at her, and shook his head.
"I wouldn't expect you to tell me that anyway. I'd never be able to trust you, if you did."
He plastered a smirk on his face, before going over and checking on the food.

Orion's clone exploded, making the female wolf not be able to see for a second, but knowing it was effecting the smaller digimon worse. "Not good enough" The wolves teased. Di loved to play with her opponents.
"Do you think they are still fighting? Normally it would have ended by now unless she used her clones. She rarely uses them unless she wants to draw out the match. I dunno, maybe she does it is good training after all. I wonder if he'll survive fire..." Rinona thought, mostly to herself but also some to her new found friend.

He had to end this fast, before he did set off one of those other clones. His thick shell would protect him from a lot, but the fire one would hurt. A plan popped into his brain, and he hoped it would work. Now to think of a sutable way to get them all to follow him. Always the cheap shot.
"So basically, you cloned yourself, because you know I'll kick your butt. If you were a real fighter, you wouldn't have to fall back on cheap tricks like some Whitch'nelly reject."
Kuwagamon shot up into the sky, flying straight up, as quickly as he could. He just hoped it was enough to get her, and he clones to follow. If he was even luckier, they'd all clump together, and make thing easier for him."
Marshell finished rotating the gourds, not satisfied with them quite yet.
"He'll survive. Might not speak to any of us for a while, but he'll survive. That thickshell of his can take a lot of punishment. Fire would hurt, but it wouldn't be that bad, unless it got to his wings."

"It's good training for you," The wolf said smiling, not moving an inch, her clones stayed where they were as well. "What's your plan little one? I'm sure it's something pretty fun but you should no by now that you won't be able to defeat me." She said flicking her eyes to one of the clones, it obeyed and followed the bug, "Think of this not as a battle but as a training session, these 'cheap tricks' as you call them will help you."
"You don't understand, fire is different, she was created by Draco and Draco is Di's biggest supporter, unlike what is normally thought of as Lupus' job. Draco created his clone differently, instead of exploding and dispersing it shoots at the opponent in one concentrated blast, it won't kill him, I think Di forcefully leveled down the clones considering your Kuwagumon isn't still blinded from the darkness attack, normally the temporary blindness lasts for at least a half hour and from what I can hear he's not finished off yet, but it'll be enough to de-digivolve Kuwagumon to his in-training form and Knock him out for at least an hour." Rinona explained. "Normally the digimon would form back into an egg from the blast of the fire clone....but it wouldn't be purified effectively so it isn't really good for anything other than ending things quickly if she can't digivolve to the form where she can use pheonix's revival."

Kuwagamon was a little disappointed that only one clone had followed him, but it'd have to do. Just have to try and take them out one clone at a time. He flew up a bit more, then decided to let Gravity do the rest of the work. He aimed, then closed his wings, and tucked in his arms, before dropping like a rock toward the clone. He waited until he was within striking distance, then hoped for the best.
"Power Guillotine!"
The ripple of energy traveled ahead of him. With luck, it would detonate the clone, and his speed would carry him safely through whatever attack it was going to be.
"So basically, you're telling me, he's about to get handed a serving of humble pie? Serves him right." Marshell chuckled, as he moved back over tot he tree, and sat down. "He likes to mouth off when he fights. So far, all it's done is caused us trouble. Maybe this time he'll learn.
